The Innkeeper

Elouise ‘Lou’ Kinkade is happy that all her siblings have found love. She’s less than happy that now all they want is for her to do the same. Lou doesn’t have time for romance; she has a business to run. And that business was shooting to success when a Hollywood degenerate takes a drunken tumble down her stairs.

Desperate to avoid a scandal, Lou does everything she can to help her unconscious guest, and somewhere between the ambulance and his hospital bedside, she’s mistaken by nurses and then parents for his girlfriend… an assumption she doesn’t correct.

The lie seemed beneficial for them both—not that the comatose actor exactly had a say—but there’s one person who doesn’t seem fooled: Wade Stevens, her ‘boyfriend’s’ far too handsome and far broodier older brother.

Wade has spent his life building up the reputation and success of his family’s law firm while his brother has been content to break every rule in the book. He’s not surprised that his younger brother ended up in a coma, but he’s shocked by the beautiful woman at his bedside. There’s no way his brother would settle down with someone as hardworking and smart as Lou, no matter how tempting she is.

He’ll prove the relationship Lou claims is a lie… as long as he doesn’t fall for her in the process.
